I was thrilled to discover Cinnabar caterpillars on a couple of Ragwort plants growing in my front garden. I have collected some of the caterpillars which I will feed and watch as they mature and pupate. I am taking care not to touch the caterpillars as they can irritate your skin. They will not emerge as moths until mid May next year.
